Eternal Life

Far greater than an invitation to church, we must challenge you to consider for a moment the matter of your relationship with God.  To have eternal life means that one has a relationship with God and will go to Heaven when he or she dies.  How can I be sure that I have eternal life?  The Bible makes it clear.

All people are sinful. – “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

Eternal judgment is man’s destiny. – “For the wages of sin is death” Romans 6:23a

Salvation is provided through Christ.– “The gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 6:23b

Salvation is offered to all. – “For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”  Romans 10:13

A man must repent of his sinfulness. – “But unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”  Luke 13:3

God will forgive a man’s sin.– “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.”  Ephesians 1:7

Eternal life is the destiny of the believer. – “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16
